Developing programmeCommunities and civil-society organisations can identify digital risks, use correction and grievance routes, and influence systems before exclusion becomes normal.

Digital public systems can reduce time and cost, but they can also exclude people who lack documents, devices, data, literacy or a way to correct an automated record. Civil-society organisations also need secure, affordable infrastructure for sensitive work.
This programme is grounded in K-HAKI’s existing legal-identity and access-to-justice work. The fuller digital-rights programme, Maisha Namba safeguards work and secure hosting service remain developing concepts, not completed projects.
