Grassroots organisations are often expected to deliver public work while operating with volunteer time, limited equipment and weak administrative systems. Funding rarely covers the work needed to keep governance, finance and records reliable.
What the existing record shows
K-HAKI identifies organisational-development learning connected to the Our Rights, Our Future programme supported through European Union and ForumCiv structures. Internal 2025–2026 records also show work on governance, financial systems, documentation and sustainability.
