Young athletes may have talent and community support but limited access to structured education, safeguarding, financial literacy and transparent sports management. Funds and opportunities can be controlled without athletes understanding the decisions.
What the existing record shows
K-HAKI has developed a concept for Kibra and Langata involving rugby and grassroots football, with possible roles for elected leaders, county structures, rugby groups, football networks and civil-society partners. None should be presented as confirmed until written agreement exists.
